On September 27, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the second training session under the module "Initial and second hearing", with the trainer engaged Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge of the Supreme Court.
Within this topic, the following are being addressed: the bargaining plea agreement, plea agreement, the refusal to plea agreement, the decision on the admission of guilt and the follow up procedure, the verdict taking and the imposition of the sentence, the content of the verdict and the announcement of verdict
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, of which two are from the Serbian community.
