On July 27, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the eighth training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hashim Qollaku, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: The notion of collaboration, the conditions and characteristics for its existence, necessary co-perpetration, indirect perpetrators and the responsibility and punishment of co-perpetrators.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are the 6 newly appointed prosecutors of the 9th generation, 2022/2023.
