September 28 2022, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Family Law with trainer Mr. Valon Totaj, president of the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: adoption and its types, organized family placement, guardianship, ways of exercising guardianship and guardianship for special cases, and for minors.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and through exercises where a judgment is being made within this topic.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
