October 3 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the second training session from the sub-module on Procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders, with trainer Mr. Ramadan Gashi, permanent trainer in the Academy of Justice.
This training session is covering the following aspects: purpose of the psychiatric examination by the expert in the criminal proceeding, observation in health institutions, content of the order for examination and the competent institution for psychiatric examination.
Training methodology is application of practical cases and work in groups.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
