October 3 2022, Academy of Justice within its initial Training program for the second group pf newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Family law with trainer Mr. Valon Total, President of the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following aspects: definition of the domestic violence, protection measures from domestic violence, and judicial protection against domestic violence.
Training methodology is based on practical cases and exercises which require development of a judgment in this area.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
