October 4-5 2022, academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the third session of the specialized training on Official corruption and crimes against official duty.
Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Bashkim Hyseni judge in the Appeals Court, and Mr. Kujtim Munishi Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on elements of the criminal offence of the abuse of official duty, correct application of legal provisions of the chapter on crimes of official corruption and crimes against official duty.
Training methodology is combination of theoretical presentation and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of the special department and the serious crimes department (basic and the appeals instances), as well as professional associates.
