On October 4, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9), is conducting the theoretical training from the module on "Administrative Law", with trainer Ms. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the administrative procedure until the issuance of the administrative act, the intermediate decisions, the end of the administrative procedure, the deadline ending the administrative procedure as foreseen by Article 98, and the administrative act approved in silence, which is provided in Article 100.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
