October 5, 2022, Academy of Justice within its initial training program for the newly appointed judges (generation nine), is conducting the fourth session of the theoretical training from the module involving perpetrators with mental disorders, with trainer Mr. Ramadan Gashi, permanent trainer at the Academy of Justice.
This session is addressing the following: imposing the measures, the special characteristics of the procedure for imposing the measure, rendering and calculation of the measure of compulsory psychiatric treatment.
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and division into groups.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges from the Serbian community
