October 6, 2022, the Academy of Justuce in cooperation with the OSCE, within its Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Training on the topic "The right to a regular judicial process".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge at the Court of Appeal.
Purpose of this training is to advance knowledge on the right to due process in civil and administrative procedures.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges and prosecutors of all instances in the Republic of Kosovo.
