October 6 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training of the Administrative Law sub-module, with trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: legal remedies in administrative procedure, appeal, objection, reopening of the procedure, enforcement of the administrative act and acts that cannot be executed.
Training methodology is interactive discussions through practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
