On October 11, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training, the third training session under the module "Procedures according to legal remedies", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: types of extraordinary legal remedies, requests for extraordinary mitigation of punishment, requests for the protection of legality and legal appendices.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, of which two are from the Serbian community.
