On October 11, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training, the first training session from the module "Administrative law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: judicial commentary in matters of economic nature, business organization, the purpose and scope of the Law on business organizations, the activity carried out through registered business organizations, the types of business organizations in Kosovo, activities and goals allowed for the establishment of the business organizations and economic abuses.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
