October 12 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Judgments and types of judgments”, held by trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training sessions is covering the court decisions in criminal proceedings and orders and rulings.
Training methodology is conducted with application of practical cases and the interactive discussions method.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges of the Serbian Community.
