October 11 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on ECHR, held with trainer Mr. Skënder Çoçaj, judge in the appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following aspects: arrest of a suspect for committing a criminal offense, Article 5 of the ECHR and its application in Kosovo and cases of violation of Article 5 of the ECHR in Kosovo - "Executive orders".
Training methodology is interactive discussions of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges of the Serbian Community.
