On 19 May 2016, Kosovo Judicial Institute within the Continuous Training Program has realised training on the topic "Parties in the proceedings, representation and legitimacy".
In the focus of the training were raising the skills of judges in the application of the contested procedure in cases of bilateral procedure and the dispute between the parties concerning their rights and obligations from certain legal relations.
During training particularly were elaborated the identification of the parties in the civil proceedings, procedural eligibility and eligibility to be a party in civil proceedings, the difference between legal representative and authorized representative, as well as the temporary one, including active and passive legitimacy of the parties in the civil proceedings.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges of the economic and general department of the basic level.
