October 14 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on ECHR, with trainer Ms. Habibe Salihu, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
This training session is covering the following aspects: safety of journalists, criminal prosecution against journalists, protection and safety of journalists according to the CCK and the forbidden measures that target identification of the source of information.
Training methodology is combination of the interactive discussions of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges of the Serbian community.
