October 18 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”, with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This training session is covering the following: statute of limitation on the criminal prosecution, initiation and cease of the statute of limitation for the criminal prosecution, Statute of limitation and execution of sanctions, Initiation and cease of the statute of limitation time, and non-implementation of the statute of limitation for certain criminal offences.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
