On October 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Commercial Law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: General considerations on arbitration, types of arbitration, the arbitration decision, the procedure to request a judicial review and the reasons to annul a decision, the agreement for mediation and reaching the agreement in mediation and its fulfillment.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
