On October 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of judicial decisions in the civil field", with the trainer engaged Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: The writing process, the principles of legal writing, the language used in the written text, the unity of the draft, complete argumentation and sentence structure, grammatical and spelling correctness.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
