On October 24, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out theoretical training, under the "ECHR" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, Professor at the University of Pristina.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: The Council of Europe, the European Convention on Human Rights (1950) and the Additional Protocols, the content of the Convention, the Additional Protocols of the Convention and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and its impact in the legal system of Kosovo.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
