On October 24, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of judicial decisions in the civil matters", with the trainer engaged Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: interpretation as an important component for legal writing and reasoning, types of interpretation, methods of interpretation, analogy, legal reasoning and legal reasoning by analogy and deductive.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
