On October 26, 2022, within the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group was given theoretical training under the module "Juvenile Justice Code" with trainer Mrs. Nesrin Lushta, judge at the Supreme Court.
During the implementation of this session, the following were addressed: the effect of sentence on the educational measure, diversion measures and mediation, the imposition of measures and sentences on adults for criminal offenses committed as minors, the imposition of measures and sentences, the effect of the sentence on educational measures and diversion measures.
The training methodology is implemented through practical cases and the interactive discussion.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
