On October 26, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, the theoretical training was carried out under the module "Criminal Code-special part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following were addressed: consumer fraud, prohibited trade, tax evasion, accepting bribes in the private sector, smuggling of goods and evading the payment of mandatory customs duties or excise duties.
The training methodology is developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
