On October 27, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group was conducted a theoretical training under the module "Juvenile Justice Code" with trainer engaged Ms. Nesrin Lushta, judge at the Supreme Court.
During the implementation of this session, the following were addressed: the purpose of educational measures, the types and duration of educational measures, punishment with a fine, order for community service, imprisonment for minors.
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussion.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
