On October 27, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is being conducted a theoretical training under the "Alternative Procedures" module with trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the temporary suspension of the procedure, the cases when this procedure should or should not be applied, and alternative solutions to disputes" and their various forms.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
