On October 31, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Criminal Report" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the bases for the dismissal of the criminal report, the dismissal of the criminal report after providing additional data and the decision on the dismissal of the criminal report
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
