November 1 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code – special part, with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is elaborating on the following: endangering public traffic, driving while incapacitated or drunk, endangering public traffic with dangerous actions or means, not providing assistance to the person injured in a public traffic accident, providing assistance to perpetrators after committing criminal offenses, reporting or reporting falsehood and false declarations and falsification of documents.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this tranign are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/23.
