On November 7, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the types of additional punishments, the removal of the right to be elected, the order for compensation of loss or damage, the prohibition of the exercise of functions in the public administration or public service and the execution of additional punishments
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
