November 8 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, in cooperation with IRZ are conducting training on Insolvency of business organizations.
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Mahir Tutuli President of the Commercial Court of Kosovo, and Mr. Johannes Fritzen – Lawyer (Denotns lawyers’ office).
Purpose of this training is provision of practical support for Kosovo law practitioners, demonstration of the best European practices, and contribution to legal safety in the area of insolvency, encouraging the entrepreneurial activity, economic growth and progress in Kosovo.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the supreme court, and judges and professional associates from the Commercial Court.
