November 14 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the Civil Law with trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.
Topics covered in this session are: nullity of legal works, incapacity of parties to act, voidability of relatively invalid legal deeds, declaration of defective will and consequences of annulment of voidable legal deeds.
Training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
