November 14 2022, the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges first group is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Alternative Procedures with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: the notion of the release from punishment, and disadvantages and advantages of the release from punishment.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
