On November 15-16, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a Roundtable on Dispute procedure issues".
Panelists engaged in this roundtable are: Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge at the Supreme Court, Mr. Shukri Sylejmani, judge at the Supreme Court, Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, judge at the Supreme Court and Mr. Faton Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal.
The purpose of this table is to deal with and address the challenges of judicial practice related to the implementation of the provisions of the contentious procedure.
At this roundtable, the preliminary review of the lawsuit and the preparation of the main trial, the holding of the main trial (preparatory and main), evidence, co-litigation and the participation of third parties in the procedure, the conclusion of the procedure with disciplinary actions and with a court decision are being dealt with, including challenging means and special litigation procedures.
The methodology of the table is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this table are judges from the Court of Appeal and from the Basic level.
