On 26-27 October 2016, Kosovo Judicial Institute within the training program for administrative staff of courts and prosecutions, conducted training on "Court administration management''.
The purpose of the training was for participants to build their capacities toward implementation of their key competencies, management of court administration, principles of good leaders, the nature and importance of management and management styles as a precondition for effective management.
On the second day of training was also discussed the leadership, team building and problem solving, as well as the main characteristics of successful leaders.
During the training, participants were divided into groups and worked on practical cases based on SMART formula.
Beneficiaries of the training were the court and prosecution administrators.
