On November 16th 2016, Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted the training on Human Resources Management.
Training also aimed strengthening professional capacities of respective administrative staff for effective human resources management, in compliance with the applicable legislation, regulations and bylaws.
Discussions during this training focused on elaboration of the general legal framework on civil servants, issues related to recruitment, career development, promotion, assessment, leadership, teamwork and advantages of the team work and personnel motivation.
Also, it was discussed related to creation of conditions for implementation of uniform practices and procedures for human resources management in courts and prosecutorial offices, in compliance with respective legislation and policies approved by the KJC and KPC.
Training was conducted through interactive discussion and group exercises. Beneficiaries of this training were administrators and personnel officials of courts and prosecutorial offices in different regions.
