On November 17, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: professional negligence, responsibility for acts committed through negligence, responsibility for qualified forms of criminal offenses, responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with more serious consequences and criminal responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with special circumstances.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
