On November 21, 2022, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure-first part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the basic principles of the contentious procedure, the principle of constitutionality, the principle of legality, the principle of availability, the principle of review and investigation, the principle of the good faith use of procedural rights and language in the contentious procedure.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
