November 22 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Contested procedure – second part, with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, judge in the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: preliminary review of the lawsuit, sending the lawsuit to the defendant, the response to the lawsuit.
The training methodology is through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
