November 22 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed prosecutors, is conducting theoretical training on The crime scene and forensics, held by trainer Mrs. Merita Bina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecution.
During this session, the following are being addressed: the legal basis, the place of the event, the way of action in the first moments, the main points, the arrival at the place of the event, the creation of different versions of the event, the elaboration of the creation of versions, clues, the use of clues in solving criminal offenses, the classification of clues, the way of committing the criminal offense as evidence and the suspicious behavior of the person designated as evidence.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/ 23.
