This training session is elaborating on the following aspects: Basic principles and international acts related to the privacy of the individual's life, the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
