November 22 2022, the Academy of Justice within its Initial training program for newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training “Contested Procedure – first part”, with the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge in the Supreme Court.
This session is addressing the following topics: Competence of the basic courts, subject competence, the criteria that regulate the subject competence, general territorial competence, special territorial competence and the agreement on territorial competence.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and case based.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
