November 23 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges, is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Contested procedure – second part, with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, judge in the Appeals Court.
Tus training session is covering the following: participation of the third parties in trials, intervention of the custodial body, name of the predecessor, and informing the third person on the contested procedure.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
