November 23 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Contested procedure – first part, with trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: regular constituency of the court, exemption of the judge from the trial, circumstances leading to exemption of the judges from trial, and the unpermitted requests.
Training methodology is interactive discussion and practical bases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
