November 24 2022, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on Legal remedies and the special procedures.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Sulltan Dobraj, judge in the Basic Court in Peja – Deçan branch, and Mr. Valdet Gashi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on legal remedies.
Training methodology is combination of theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions through presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates form all courts and prosecution offices of Kosovo.
