On November 30, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group is being provided theoretical training under the module Procedures involving perpetrators with mental disorders, with the trainer engaged Mr. Ramadan Gashi.
In the framework of this first session, the following topics are being addressed: the criminal liability of natural persons, the causes of irresponsibility and the measures that can be imposed on defendants with mental disorders. The training methodology is implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive discussions
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
