December 2 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on the Law on Obligations, with trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge of the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: termination of contracts with the agreement of the parties, termination of the contract when its subject disappears, termination of the contract with the death of the contracting party, termination of the contract by cancellation, termination of the contract due to non-performance.
The training methodology is interactive and case-based.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
