December 2nd 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the second group of newly appointed judges conducted a theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code – special part; with trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This training session covered the following aspects: dismissal and abuse of official position or authority, conflict of interest, taking bribe, giving bribe, exercising influence, illegal issuance of court decisions, non-reporting or false reporting of wealth, income, gifts, benefit other material or financial obligations.
Training methodology is interactive and case-based.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
