December 5 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Covert measures of investigation and surveillance”, with trainer Mr. Bahri Hyseni.
This training session is covering the following: procedure related to covert technical measures of investigation and surveillance, extending the order for covert measures of investigation and surveillance, and the police actions after implementation of the order for covert measures.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
