On December 5, 2022, the Academy of Justice is conducting a training on: "Indictment, trial and reasoning" from the Basic Module for professional associates.
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court and
Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.
The purpose of this training was to advance the knowledge of the participants about the checking of the indictment, the initial review as well as the plea agreement, the imposition of punishment based on the case law.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, followed by practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates from all courts and prosecutor's offices in Kosovo.
