On December 6, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Property right and other related rights", with the trainer engaged Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: real rights in foreign objects, personal servitudes, land servitudes, household servitudes, annulment of real servitudes, protection of servitudes
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
