On December 8, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Coniferous Training Program, is conducting a training on: "Legal persons as perpetrators of minor offenses".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Dalip Bega and Mrs. Mejreme Zeka, Trainers at the Academy of Justice.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the requirements for the initiation of the minor offense procedure - the inspectors of certain fields often they do not clearly define the legal entity as a legal person as a legal entity, so that the business entities as individual businesses are identified as legal entities, treating individual business owners as responsible persons of legal entities.
The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from the Basic Court from all regions of Kosovo and a professional associate.
